City is clean actually very clean. Underground stations, coaches itself, parks, public toilets were all clean and tidey.
Restaurant are very clean and foods are delicious and affordable. Based on other local prices like food, transport and so on accommodation prices are too high.

It's a beautiful city.
It's a beautiful city. There is a lot to do if you are a traveller. Figure out their bus and metro stations, and you can get to anywhere except the mountains. Spend time understanding what you would like to do and accordingly get to the places. Exchange cash in local currency, almost everyone uses local money. YandexGo is a must for the beginning.

In Uzbek we need adopter to charge as our charger pin does not fit. Stay at Samarkand, bukhara, khiva & finally Tashkent city. Friendly & honest people. Clean city good weather. We enjoyed our stay in Uzbekistan. Prices of taxi water and food was pocket friendly. I couldn’t try horse meat, if you wish you can. Plov is good. Ice cream is good. Their art is nice.

Don't linger here, treat it as a transport hub, the city has lost what charm it had from the soviet times and is now full of ugly construction plots, soulless glass boxes, and honking cars. Also, the city is craaazily russified, it's just sad to see these bits of colonial rule still doing strong(
Just get out of here as soon as you can and explore the real charm of Uzbekistan elsewhere.

Every person in Tashkent goes out of the way to help you though the language is a barrier. If they see you need help they volunteer and come forward to help. Very friendly and hospitable locals. I would love to visit again for the cleanliness and the friendly attitude of the locals. The local cuisine was great.
During my four-weeks-trip through Uzbekistan I stayed twice at this hotel. Its in a quiet neighbourhood, but still only a 15 minutes walk away from metro- and trainstation.
Theres a restaurant and a small grocery shop around the corner.
The staff was very friendly, gave me a warm welcome and made me every time feel like coming back home after a long day in the city.
Because of availability of a better room, they gave me an upgrade for free:-)
Very good value for price!
I would definetely stay there again!
Well, after I finished from visiting Bukhara and Samarkand I decided to chose this hotel because it's close from the airport. The staff of the hotel were amazing they are helpful. The breakfast is nice and has variety choices. The owner of the hotel he invited me to lunch with his friends and that's makes me so happy and I completely understand that Uzbek people is one of the best hospitality in the world. I enjoyed staying there in Uzbekistan and I look forward to coming back ASAP
A nice small hotel in a peaceful neighbourhood (the hotel is in front of the Italian Embassy in Tashkent), not too far from the city centre (the closest metro station is around 15 minutes away by walk).
The staff was very kind and they also own a minimarket right beside the hotel where you can buy food and drinks. They allowed us to leave our bags in their luggage deposit after check out.
The room was large, nice and clean.
This is not a usual hotel, this is a city landmark. It represents the genius loci of Tashkent, a masterpiece of sovietic brutalism. This is the spirit you need to adopt when spending one or more night at the Uzbekistan Hotel: the accomodation and hospitality standards cannot be compared to the ones of modern top-end hotels, but you're time-traveling to another hera. A must, in my opinion.
The hotel is unique and charming, especially if you stay in the yurt, as we did this time (a return to Tashkent after visiting other places in Uzbekistan, first staying in the main building.) The staff was great. Abdulaziz in particular deserves our thanks; he was extremely helpful and patient with all our questions and requests. Breakfast is also great!
The hostel is in very good location , handy to go everywhere in tashkent, supermarket, Cafe shop one bloc away , the hostel spot on clean , the Gentel man in the reception, very helpful, the staff doing their very best to keep the hostel very clean , value for the money in your visit to tashkent.
Excellent location. It is right at the heart of the city, close to metro and the airport bus which runs every 20 minutes or so. Really convenient. The rooms are clean, tea and coffee in the room. Tidy, efficient, modern hotel. Very much recommended for Tashkent.
Very safe area for so women traveler
Very clean
Staff are the best compared to other hotels
Room is huge exactly as described in booking
Best breakfast I had in Tashkent
Smart TV
Qibla indicator
Its a hidden gem for ppl looking for affordable luxury
The accomodation is great. It is very tiny family hotel. Breakfast and coffee are very good. The singing of the birds in the breakfast place makes happy start of the day. I am very often in tashkent and would say it is the best place to stay.
The hotel is the best which I stayed in Uzbekistan. Staff is always ready to make comfortable for you. Especially reception guys who are very intelligent to help you. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good... especially SAMASA
Tashkent is a large spread out city. The hotel is near Chorsu Bazaar and about 15 mins from the metro. Good sized clean rooms with a good breakfast. Although payment can be done by card the hotel prefers cash.
The hotel was quite friendly and clean. It was in a short distance from the Airport. I would stay there more in the future. I would recommend to my friends Grand Tashkent Hotel as the best one !
The room and the bathroom were very clean.
They checked me in early as well. While the hotel is close to the airport and the train station, its kind of far from Tashkent city center.
Clean rooms, small hotel located in the centre of the city Tashkent. Personal stuff is really gorgeous especially the guy in the reception (Seeco) helped for some works.
This hotel is the best in Tashkent, I mean. And I saw one smart person is admin Khusan, if I'm not mistake. Supper
Next time, also I'll chose this hotel.
The hotel is brand new, well located, staff very friendly and ready to act on any feedback and requests. I think it's the best hotel in the city for now.
